Woohoo! It’s time for you to feel Cleaner Leaner and Brighter!
Time to shift feelings of bloating, abdominal discomfort, excess gas, headaches, sluggish digestion, constipation or diarrhoea, brain fog, fatigue, tiredness, stubborn weight, persistent recurring infections such as candida or SIBO.
This 6-week programme will guide you through a 5R protocol that helps you to have a healthy gut from which you can step forwards towards better health. Gut health is the foundation of optimum health and wellbeing.
In this programme, you will:
- Receive the supplements that support this programme
- Receive a 1:1 session with me to tailor the programme to your specific needs
- Take part in 4 Zoom sessions that will comprise of presentation and Q&As to support you through the programme
- Receive additional support via a private facebook group from me and the cohort
- Receive recipes, lifestyle hints and tips, including recorded videos

- Getting ready Friday September 3rd, 11am – 12noon
- Protocol start Monday 13th September, 11am – 12noon
- Second steps Monday 27th September, 11am – 12noon
- Moving on Monday 18th October, 11am – 12noon
