I am a MSc (pending) qualified Nutritional Therapist, registered with both BANT and CNHC, Energy4Life Wellness Coach and yoga teacher/therapist. Nutritional therapy uses an in-depth functional (lifestyle) medicine approach to individual personal health. I gather information about your health symptoms, history, and goals, current medication/ supplementation, and your lifestyle (work, sleep, relaxation, habits, family/ social network). We agree a confidential framework for your support so you feel fully motivated and committed to the change process you will be undertaking. We will agree practical dietary and lifestyle adjustments, backed by scientific evidence, that you feel you can commit to, and that support your health goals when consistently practiced throughout and beyond our time together.
